Genetic Cancer Testing & Medicare | SCAM?

Is it legitimate for insurance agents to convince seniors to have a test that their doctors have not requested, in exchange for a kickback to the insurance agent? I think not, and the State of Kansas (and others) apparently agree with my opinion.

Be careful. Talk to your doctor before giving out your Medicare information to anyone for a medical (or DNA) test.
