Claire McCaskill Comes Out Strongly AGAINST ‘Medicare For All’

Claire McCaskill was asked whether or not she supports the idea of a single-payer healthcare system during a town hall with constituents in Missouri. Her answer was an unequivocal "no." She even acknowledged that her answer would be disappointing, noting "this is kind of how I roll." She's up for reelection in 2018, it's time that her constituents vote her out of office since even SHE knows how much of a disappointment she's been.

    • Tre: Well clearly we need to give the 1% more tax breaks that’ll help everything…oh wait…no…actually will make things even worse. nevermind I got nothing to offer of any substance or value; unfortunately neither does Claire and I hope she is voted out soon.

  1. If you wern’t spending all those billions murdering people abroad, you’d have more than enough change for a single payer health option.

    • You forget we already pay for healthcare in the absolute least affordable way possible. If you negotiate drug prices, eliminate the profits of the insurance companies and the administrative costs of managing the extremely complex system you can cover everyone for less than we already spend. The reason its cheaper to get insurance through your employer is due to the large pool of people spreading the risk/sharing the cost. Can you think of a bigger pool than EVERYBODY? There are more effective ways to create jobs than making more missles and submarines. How about infrastructure? How come the debt never comes up when increasing military spending.

    • kms and the golf trips every 4 days, paying for rooms at Trump hotel for secret services. Paying for trips for his son’s business trips.

  3. I’m in Missouri. We wouldn’t be able to tell much difference if a Republican had her seat. A 2018 primary is happening.

  4. Hey mike it would be helpful if you could find out for all of us the real progressives running in the upcoming races so we can all donate some money to those candidates so we can vote out this corrupt politicians

  5. Mike, plz do one of these videos for Feinstein

She is also on record as being against single payer.

    • Unfortunately, she won’t be. She’ll likely come back to life as a lobbyist or if she was younger, likely end up as a partner at a white-shoe law firm.

As long politicians don’t piss off their donors (owners) and larger network of cronies, life is good for them whether they win or lose an election. In fact, many see winning as just short-term pain until they can get back into private life to make real money again and not have to deal with the public anymore.
