The coronavirus is here. In addition to the Government requesting people stay at home, this is causing some of the Social Security Offices to close. So how are people that are turning 65 and new to Medicare supposed to sign up for Medicare?
If you are within 3 months of turning 65 years old, there are two ways to sign up:
1) You can call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213.
2) Go to ssa.gov/benefits/medicare
