Interesting, money can ALWAYS be found to pay for unnecessary wars. But, strange how
NO ONE ever asks how those unnecessary wars will be paid for. If you can find money to pay for wars, then you can find money for Healthcare. Also, Sanders’ plan saves money.
You save money by cutting out the middleman (the Insurance companies).
Canada has Single Payer Healthcare for all. The Canadian government spends 50% less in
healthcare costs than the U.S. and people LIVE LONGER in Canada than people in the U.S.
“Specifically, women in Canada live an average of 83 years, compared to 80 in the U.S.; men live more than 78 years on average compared to 75 in the United States.
Why is this the case? There are clear links between mortality rates and the way countries invest in health care and improving social conditions.” according to Jody Heymann, advisor with EvidenceNetwork.ca and Dean of the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.
