Last week I had the privilege to speak briefly at a special celebration held by the Seniors Task Force to celebrate the upcoming 51st anniversaries of the Older Americans Act (July 14th), and Medicare and Medicaid (July 30th) and the 81st anniversary of Social Security (August 14th).
