    mandatory minimums and their impact on the employers, starting in 2015, do
    not impact the employer’s decision to push >65 retirees into Medicare-only,
    are fooling themselves and don’t know this market at all. We are hearing
    it, from EMPLOYERS, every day. They can no longer afford to keep those over
    65 on their healthcare roles, even though they had once promised it,
    because of the massive costs of doing so under the “Affordable” Healthcare
    Law.
