Even though there are Wellcare Medicare plans without monthly premiums, they cannot be called free. When enrolled in a Medicare advantage Plan you must pay your Part B deductible and plans may include deductibles, coinsurance and copays.

WellCare Medicare Advantage Plans are available in 12 States and in most service areas there are two plans to choose from.

In Florida for instance, there is WellCare Value and WellCare Choice.
