There are certainly a number of mistakes we seem to have to untangle when people come to us after making decisions on their own or with other brokers.

We see them find age old articles and make decisions based on outdated information, choose plans for price now and don't realize the premiums are going to go up!

We see them choose a plan based on the recommendation of another and for several reasons it ends up not working out for them!

Unfortunately since many of them are healthy at the time they don't figure out the limitations or problems with their plan until they're outside of their Open Enrollment Period and it's much more difficult to fix at that time!
