When do I become eligible for Medicare?

You become eligible for Medicare, 3 months before you turn 65.

The month you turn 65, and the 3 months after you turn 65.

Also if you retire after you're 65, you can enroll for the 2 full months after the month your employer-sponsored coverage ends.
