If you are trying to decide the same thing make sure you talk with your employers HR department or the person that handles your benefits.
In general, you can wait on enrolling in Medicare Part B as long as you are still working and have creditable coverage without having a late enrollment penalty when you sign up later.
If you are not working or have health coverage then you should enroll in Medicare Part B.
