This video discusses the pro's and con's of Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Supplements (Medigap). With a Medicare Advantage Plan you lose the right of Medicare to go to any doctor or facility, you will have to stay in network or pay the costs completely out of pocket or at the very least, have a higher co-insurance. With a Medicare Supplement or Medigap Plan, you retain the rights of Original Medicare and can see any doctor that accepts Medicare. The so-called Fee Medicare Advantage plans are not really free, you pay no monthly premium but could end up paying thousands of dollars in medical insurance down the road. For more information see
