NaviCare®—a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan and Senior Care Options Program—is for individuals who are:
• Age 65 and older
• Enrolled in MassHealth Standard, with or
without Medicare Parts A and/or B
• Living in the service area

NaviCare provides an entire team of professionals (doctors, nurses, social workers and others) to help you stay healthy—and you pay $0, with no copays and no monthly premiums.

Members have access to:
• A Navigator to organize benefits and services
• Covered prescription drugs
• Certain over-the-counter drugs
• Vision, hearing and dental services—including dentures
• New for 2015—Yearly coverage up to $200 in a qualified fitness facility not already covered through
SilverSneakers and/or covered fitness classes
• Rides to medical appointments, and new for 2015, up to 80 round-trip van or taxi rides to a
SilverSneakers or qualified fitness center location, with approval
• All MassHealth Standard and Medicare benefits and more
