@Vital Signs no they are rats, but they are more open due to glass door polices and if caught it holds a higher punishment. The main reason i want it is because we are a Supposed to be the “Best” but other Nations have Free College and Healthcare because they know that in the 21st Century you need a higher education than High School and a Healthcare system that ensures your citizens are healthy so they are at work more and not on benefits for disability.
