So many mistakes are made as people work longer and consider Cobra coverage for themselves and/or their family as they separate from an employer. Most people don't realize that Medicare has its own set of rules as to how it views, and interacts with, Medicare. Tune in.

Provide that document to your human resources department as well if need be. Or, get in writing that your current Cobra coverage will be primary to Medicare insurance. We've never seen anyone secure that letter but you might be the first 😉. Protect yourself ~~~~
