G’Morning Zoon! ;)))
Good morning!!
I M Canadian (caveat). I think people don’t want to create a 3rd party because it’s a lot of work and tedious reading for no gain. It’s not conductive to a happy existence and when lawyers get involve it’s potential dangerous to ones freedom and bank account. When everything is so splintered and there are thousands of problems with thousands of solutions it’s hard to get any consensus. I blame the hard to understand legal speak when creating a 3rd party. Good job and maybe 1000 by end of week? 🙂
I hope 1000 soon
Zoon Politikon with Holly Seeliger mee too!
……you do realize that in MANY states (over half), literally having no insurance is ranked higher than having Medicare? And we HAVE single payer for a small subsection of the population. It’s called the VA. And it’s a trainwreck.
Oh, and HE calls himself a socialist. No one is labeling him.
Another great video. I have been doing much to promote you. You will be big.
Physicians for a National Health Program have been supporting and promoting single payer/Medicare for All for some time. Since 1987 the group has been advocating for change in the US health care system.
Whatever legislation comes out of Bernie’s Senate Bill, it has to not include any benefits for the insurance companies. As long as we have insurance companies in the mix, we will not have single payer. Even the public option which Bernie proposes is not the same; not quite anyway.
If you go to http://www.pnhp.org/facts/single-payer-faq and read through those questions and answers, you can learn quite a bit about real single payer.
I have Medicare/Medicaid. I do not pay deductibles, premiums, or co-pays. This is what it should be for everybody.
As for Bernie Sanders, he may be an Independent; but, I have read that he will never be primaryed by the Democrats as long as he cooperates and supports their agenda. Something called Fusion Voting. During Vermont’s primary, Bernie’s name can be on the Democrats’ ballot and the Independents’ ballot. I tried to research fusion voting and my head just started spinning.

If our politicians are bought by big pharma and Insurance companies, we will die young.
Sanders is the most liked politician NOW. According to polls.
Hi Holly, what do you think of Gov. LePage’s plan to start a state health care system?
the government shouldn’t control or create a health care system, the government screws up every thing they get their hands on. Example, social security, the railroad system, the USPS,
Hi, don’t read my name! Не смотри мое видео!
Nicely done and great points about the “symbolism” of doing things vs. actually putting for something that will be implemented to help change situations and circumstances.,
Bernie’s an independent because the Democratic Party is too conservative for him. If they ever become more liberal like him, I’m sure he’ll officially become a Dem.
It seems disingenuous to criticize Bernie Sanders for caucusing with the Democrats, while in the next breath complaining that he doesn’t have the backing to do anything.
