This tutorial is intended to provide guidance for a Contracting Officer Representative (COR), or other requisitioners at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) to enter a requisition in the Comprehensive Acquisition Management System (CAMS). The intent is for the COR to enter the requisition, while following along with the tutorial. Specific direction will be given throughout the tutorial, especially in unclear line items, to help the requisition move through the CAMS routing process seamlessly.
