why did medicare not just add part D to our medicare I am being charged with late fees they gave me part A&B and chargedĀ me why not add part D. No now they can charge late fees not just once but ever year for the rest of my life. That what happens to anyone that is charged with a late fee how is that fair ask our Government.

I ask all the question when i found out the mistake i made my comprehension of the written word is not equal to others it just made sence not to sign-up for drug plan i was not on drugs. The penaty makes no sense just paying the penalty for one year if i join now is over what i owe for all past years i missed .
