On July 8, 2015, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a proposed rule that proposes updates to payment policies, payment rates, and quality provisions for services furnished under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) and other programs, effective on or after January 1, 2016. This All Tribes Call will review the proposed rule, including eligibility, certification and billing requirements, and transitioning to the new system for grandfathered tribal FQHCs.
