Aussies can’t afford a freeze on Medicare.

In the lead-up to the July Federal election, AMA Queensland is harnessing social media to highlight how the Medicare freeze will hit our community.

If the freeze on Medicare rebates continues, many Australians will struggle to afford healthcare.

We are calling on the major parties to commit to immediately reversing the indexation freeze and lifting future indexation to cover the true cost of providing high quality health services.
