  1. Protecting Medicare? So we’re just gonna pretend he hasn’t submitted a budget cutting Medicare funding every year?

    Make no mistake, the Trump budget is hardly senior-friendly. He’d freeze or reduce spending for many federal senior service programs—continuing a trend that has gone on for more than a decade. And his proposed cuts to Medicaid could hurt family caregivers of parents or younger relatives with disabilities.

  2. Trump’s the guy who gutted medicare in first place. Doing this doesn’t change the fact he’s the one who gutted it already.

  3. He is trying to buy votes. Medicare wasn’t in danger before he got elected and Moscow Mitch was constantly trying to cut it.
