  1. The CDC classifies tobacco use as a chronic disease, with an “A” level
    importance rating, and recommends comprehensive benefits that include
    access to medication and counseling without the barriers of co-pays. Why
    then isn’t cessation medication or NRT offered at no cost, just like
    medications for other chronic conditions or addictions? This seems like an
    ACA violation, especially since the ACA also says there should be no
    co-pays for Medicare or Medicaid…
