I live about an hour away from Palm Springs and we have bike lanes, too. The thing that I can’t stand is that the bikers don’t stop at stop signs. All the people driving are slamming on their brakes because these people don’t even slow down. It’s so dangerous! Good luck tomorrow. Your house is gorgeous; I’m sure it will sell soon.
That letter is a scam. Please don’t buy into their sob story. Some people are simply out to take advantage of others…..I don’t know how they can live with themselves. Disgusting. I have done this for years when I know a scammer’s on the other end of my cell phone. I answer Salt Lake City Police Department this is Robyn we know this is an emergency please hold on the line and ambulance and police officers will be there in one minute. Then I hear click then I blocked. Try it it’s kind of fun. Concerning Social Security Supplemental plan. I’ve had the same supplemental plan for about 5 years. I never have to re-enroll they just do it automatically. Since they’re all basically the same price I just stay with the one that I’m with. Keep us posted on your house. Thanks for sharing
Here in the Midwest we have the same problem with bicyclists. It is a very eleitest mentality and is very very annoying. They will be the first to sue the pants off the rest of us if anything happens. I try to avoid them to self protect. Not ALL are like this but I would say the vast majority are.

Robo call so of course I didn’t answer it. On calls that do get through, I delete without comment.
I believe this service was part of my recent update. I have missed a few legit calls, but I just so dislike
Those calls. Such an invasion of privacy. I get threatening calls at least twice a week. They are always obsurd and I know immediately that they are bogus and disconnect. Such is life these days. I’ve heard many horrible situations and we have to be alert. Good luck on your open house.
I feel the same way about those bike riders. I ended up buying myself a Dash Cam, so that I at least have some proof should anything bad happens. They are quite affordable and so easy to use. Good luck on the open house!
