I’d like to give a 5 star rating for the above and beyond service that your company has provided for helping me get my wife signed up. We had an issue with the online application that Medicare.gov rep did not know how to circumnavigate. Your agent Laurel Chaconas not only gave me advice, she followed up three times with ideas and local phone numbers for SSA field offices.
I was able to get the issue stalling my wife’s acceptance resolved in no small part due to Laurel’s assistance and then with her advice into one of the suppliment plans she recommended.

My husband enrolled on the phone for part B his birthday April he hasn’t retired yet so we have medical through his employer. My question is he received his card showing only part A is he in B too even though he has no confirmation to B and the card showing only A ?
