Jesse Edmondson i will have to disagree. Yes, specifically gun violence would lower due to access, but it will be minimal at best on account of the quantity in circulation. And the method of killing would also change. We already have the occasional bombing and knife attacks are beginning to be reported.
Any murder can be boiled down to a poor quality of mind and spirit. Until we start improving our quality of life and fixing the inequalities within it, the killings will continue. If you want to get rid of the gun, remove reasons to have them.

Not assuming philosophy, but if you’re for abortion upon request, you certainly have to be for euthanasia on request (w/ safeguards) and anti-circumcision for children. Same arguments apply of choice w/ own body and suffering. Only apply more when it comes to the latter. No body in your body, choices made in lead-up nor mulligan (like w/ adoption), and suffering is temporary v. permanent (at least in case of chronic sickness).
