Dem Gubernatorial Candidate Doesn’t Know What ‘Medicare for All’ Is

Alabamian gubernatorial candidate Sue Bell Cobb held a town hall with potential voters, and when she was asked whether she’d support a statewide ‘Medicare for All’ initiative… she claimed to not know what ‘Medicare for All’ is, saying she needed to educate herself on that subject.

    • The Humanist Report you guys are awsome. It would be great if you would say something about the merits of a new progressive caucus. Like the freedom caucus or black caucus. This gives progressives the benefits of a third party without the drawbacks. Its also a stepping stone to a new party down the line if we can’t get the Dem. party back. Also would get us progressives united again since everyone is so so pissed off at the Dems.

  2. Fun fact: Sue Bell Cobb also endorsed Jeff fucking Sessions ➡

    http://www.alreporter.com/2018/04/11/change-org-petition-ties-democrat-candidate-for-governor-to-roy-moore-jeff-sessions/

    “Chaverst blames Cobb for the rise of Chief Justice Roy Moore, who won the seat after Cobb resigned, and also accuses her of going against the wishes of “Ms. Evelyn Turner, wife of civil rights legend the late Mr. Albert Turner, [who] bitterly opposed the nomination of Jeff Sessions for United States Attorney General.”

    Cobb is further charged with hiding her efforts to help Session from much of the state’s black voters.”

  3. LOL — Democrats still think they can get away with saying, “Yes, I take corporate $$$, but it won’t influence me — They’re donating to me purely out of the goodness of their hearts, Scout’s Honor!”

    • What I do not like about paedophile Democrats is, that they ALWAYS accuse ANYONE they disagree with of being a nazi, and NEVER substantiate their crackpot claims with ANY evidence.
      And isn’t it funny, that paedophile Democrats make these accusations of nazism, when *paedophile Democrats LOOOVE islam, which has more jew hatred than Mein Kampf.*
      For example, from Sira;
      *Muhammad: **_”Kill any jew who falls into your power”_*

      *Paedophile Democrats are THE perfect example of the fact, that you don’t need to know what a nazi is – to BE one.*

    • That’s what a Corporate Democrat is.. They just don’t care about their constituents. And, any questions you ask them they will just duck, dodge, and pivot like Kelly AnneConaway will whataboutisms…

  4. You see, Sue… “Medicare for All” is kinda like Medicare…. But… And try to follow me on this one… for all…

  5. She is dumb as a stump. If people are asking about Corporate pac money and Medicare for all and she does not know what that is she should not even be a thought in terms of being a qualified candidate.

  6. As a staunch far right wing conservative, I can say healthcare is not a progressive issue, it is a human rights issue. Healthcare for all, in whatever shape it comes in, is not a “progressive” issue. This is an issue which affects everyone equally. The idea that only progressives support healthcare for all is ludicrous.
